Austernseitling (Pleurotus ostreatus)
Das Fleisch des Austern-Seitlings ist weiß, selten bräunlich, riecht angenehm und hat jung eine weiche Konsistenz. Im Alter wird es rasch zäh und riecht dann muffig.
